Incorrect size, fit, colour or just a change of mind? Lindsay Nicholas New York offers FREE return shipping on all online orders within Australia. 

If you find that you want to return an item, please submit a return request within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery for a refund of your garment's purchase price. After 14 days, your item is not eligible for return. 

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with tags attached. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

Sale items (final discounted items) do not qualify for return.

To complete a return:

1. Email info@lindsaynicholasnewyork.com with your receipt number, your name and the reason for the return (all of your feedback helps to make us better!).
2. Once your return is authorised (within 24 hours) we will email you a return confirmation with instructions. and email you a prepaid shipping label (for returns within Australia). You can use the original packaging for the return, or pack the order in a sealed plastic bag.
3. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment once the return has been received and processed by our customer service team.
